I have been a customer of the International marketplace location for more than seven years and they always have the best staff, but today Shelby was probably the best out of them all so personable, bubbly, smart and informative. Her attention to detail was impeccable and greatly appreciated. You have to give her a raise.

They saved the day! I had my IPhone screen glitch and become unusable on my second day in Oahu. Not a great thing to happen on vacation. They were able to fix it Quickly and For less than. The Apple store offered to. They got me all set up with. A new screen a new case and A new screen protector Elija and his coworker did an excellent job getting my phone back to me better than it was before the screen problem. Now I can. Enjoy my vacation and take pictures again

Associate was very friendly and helpful but I wish he would’ve been able to let other customers know - one lady who couldn’t make up her damn mind - that he’s with a customer at the moment and will be right with her. Instead he was working with me for a good while (which I don’t mind, I’m patient) but at one point left me hanging at the register to assist some woman. Work on the customer you’re with and tell them you’ll be with them. Also it got busy. I swear when I first walked in when it wasn’t busy there were 3 other employees there along with the one who helped me. The other 3 disappeared and the poor guy was left alone. If they were in the back, he should’ve poked his head back there and said hey there are a bunch of customers, can you help me out. Or something. Other than that he did a good job with my phone accessories.

shelby is nice, she helps a lot in my need...she gave me option few things, and she always smile..👍🏽 but your store policy about return things I think can be better, because the after sales services is what bring more customers, and we as a customers can do a free advertisement for your store if we feel very satisfied.

Koa was the best Sales Associate! He was very thorough and caring, and was very calm when the store became busy! He over exceeded my expectations 100%. Your location is lucky to have Koa!!!!!
